Oasis Management discloses a 6.2% stake in Vail Resorts Inc

Oasis Management Co Ltd. filed a Schedule 13D on Sept. 16, 2026 reporting beneficial ownership of 2,199,016 shares of Vail Resorts Inc Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, or 6.2% of the class. The filing gives Sept. 11, 2026 as the date of the event that required it.

In Item 4, which sets out the purpose of the transaction, the filing says:

"On September 10, 2026, the Oasis Fund delivered to the Issuer a notice (the "Nomination Notice") of its intention to nominate Mr. Chapek, Mr. Hudson, Mr. Roberts, and Ms. Street (collectively, the "Nominees") for election to the Board at the Issuer's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders (the "2026 Annual Meeting")."

The filing is made jointly with Seth Fischer, Robert Chapek, M. Ashton Hudson, Bryce Roberts and others.
